The company has been officially operating for six months—here are our takeaways:

- Developed short-term, mid-to-long-term strategic plans, as well as specific phased action guidelines.
- Through customer and third-party certification audits;
- The technical roadmap and product series have been clearly defined, including 10-Gigabit Networks, Automotive Networks, Computing Power Networks, and the Sensor "Dragon Balls," among others.
- The 50G PON DVT sample has been completed, and the product invention patent application for Version 3.0 was finalized in July.

Over the past year, we’ve reaped numerous rewards, but our greatest asset remains our team! Although we’re still in the early stages and facing the challenges of transformation—shifting from being passively supported by clients to proactively integrating across product categories horizontally, and now even aligning vertically through our process and technology platforms—we’re now demanding more than ever from our technical staff. This includes not only a shift in mindset among team members and a reshaping of their knowledge frameworks, but also the ability to efficiently mobilize resources, foster collaborative synergy across functional areas, and adopt a more advanced, multi-dimensional approach to problem-solving compared to our previous methods.
Especially in emerging technology and product areas, when facing new products, it’s not just about respecting the quality of the product—more importantly, you need a robust methodology! The phrases "break it down, knead it thoroughly, chew it carefully, and finally absorb it" may sound simple, but applied to concrete management processes, they translate into: review—repeated DOE validation—developing and then dismantling a new model—culminating in final confirmation and standardization. This approach isn’t merely about meticulous refinement; it’s a structured tech management process that sparks innovation through dynamic exchanges of ideas, fostering both deep learning and meaningful growth along the way!
